What deposit/withdrawal methods do you offer?

Tradeshill offers a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, e-Wallets, cryptocurrency, Bank Wire transfers and local payment solutions.

You should note that we do not accept cash deposits.

Where can I find the status of my deposit/withdrawal/internal transfer?

You can find full details on your transactions in Tradeshill by following the steps below.

Go to ‘Transaction History’.

Find the relevant transaction.

Click on the transaction ID number.

Why can’t I log in to my trading account?

Go to the ‘Accounts Overview’ section from within Tradeshill.

Click on the arrow next to the ‘Deposit’ button on the account you wish to change the password for and select ‘Change trading password’.

Click ‘Next’ and enter the PIN sent via email or SMS to the relevant fields.

Create your new password and click ‘Submit’.

Are my funds and personal details protected?

Tradeshill abides by a strict regulatory framework. All client funds are held in segregated accounts in top-tier banks, ensuring that your investments are secure at all times.

We also guarantee that all necessary precautions are taken to keep your details secure.

How long does it take to process my withdrawal?

All withdrawal requests are processed by our Back Office Department within 24 hours, however the time required for the funds to be transferred to your account will depend on the payment method used.

- Bank Wires: Between 3- 5 business days.
- Credit/debit cards: Between 3 – 10 business days.
- E – wallets: Within 1 business day.
- Crypto: Within 1 business day.

Do I have to pay taxes on my profits?

Paying taxes is your personal responsibility. Please reference the legislation governing your region or seek independent advice.

>What are the minimum/maximum limits on deposits/withdrawals?

Limits are set by the payment providers individually. The minimum/maximum for each method can be found in Tradeshill.

Why is the balance in my account different than what I deposited?

This is possibly due to additional charges made by your payment provider/bank. If this is the case, you should contact your payment processor for further clarification as we do not have access to third-party service systems.

Can I deposit using a method that is not in my name?

Yes, we do accept third-party transfers. The name of the sender doesnt have to match the name used when registering with Tradeshill. However, additional verification will be requested.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?

Go the Withdraw page within the ‘My Money’ section in Tradeshill.

Select the payment method and click ‘Withdraw’.

Select the Tradeshill account or wallet you wish to withdraw funds from and complete the necessary fields.

Select a reason for withdrawal and click 'Submit.'
